This is one of my core beliefs. So often, we rush into things - great ideas - inspired creations - when really, we need to just take one step at a time. Put one foot in front of the other, to build solid foundations - and TRUST that we will get there :-)

My mum, Val, is a great source of inspiration to me...

I often ask Mum for advice regarding new ideas I have for my businesses. She never ceases to amaze me with her integrity and fullness of heart.

She helps me put things into perspective. I really value her clarity and wisdom :-)

This is my dog Xena. She's a real character!

Also known as my best friend... she hangs out in my office to make sure I don't work too hard. Well, she pretends that's the reason I have to go and play with her :-)

Lucky Xena, she gets too do all this cool stuff - like going to the beach; and for walks in the bush... she thinks it's all for her, but REALLY it is for me - being my trusty side-kick, she gets to come with me...

Have you ever noticed that the most memorable people in life, are those who have most inspired you?

Everybody needs to feel loved, honoured and appreciated and respected.

There's a bit of a story behind Inspired Creations... you see, I've been in the healing industry for about 16 years. I love helping people; and empowering them. I believe in the power of inspiration.

I love working one on one with people... yet, I always had a bigger vision - I wanted to be able to inspire many people, in many countries. How could I do this? I AM only one person.

The answer came to me quite by accident. My (late) partner Russell, and I, had just bought a car - an import from Japan; complete with many Japanese badges which didn't make any sense to us.

Russell ripped off the badges. One of them left quite a large mark on the car - on the metal above the rear bumper...

He looked at it, with consternation on his face... then his expression lightened. He went up to the house; and came back with a fridge magnet in hand, which he promptly placed over the unsightly mark.

I thought, wow, what a great idea! Now all we need is a magnet with an inspiring message ;-)

So, with due diligence, I looked in every shop for an inspiring magnet in the right size. None! I couldn't find one anywhere... then... the 'aha' lights started going off in my head... inspirational car magnets... the ideas began to formulate in my mind...

And, in my quest to find suppliers; I came across the concept for our 'Magnetic Anywhere' Cards... :-)

Two business courses; and a few years building solid business foundations; (and many ideas and inspirations from family and friends) and our Inspired Creations were ready for release.

We had amazing feedback from people using our products; which ended up with the initiation of our concept of Inspirational Advertising :-)
